こだわり・紹介
初台で十五年。地元のお客様に育てていただいた、小さな居酒屋です。流行りを追うより、変わらず美味しいものを、変わらない顔ぶれで。それが六輔のやり方です。
魚は豊洲から、野菜は近隣の八百屋から。顔の見える仕入れにこだわっています。炭火は備長炭。手間はかかっても、その一手間がうまさになると信じています。
